Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dispatch Home. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Purpose and eligibility
Dispatch Home is a schedule organization and informational flight-viewing service for pilots and people they authorize. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Authorized information only
You may upload, paste, connect, or share only information you are authorized to use. You must not use Dispatch Home to access another person's schedule or dashboard without their permission, violate an employer policy, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Calendar services and third-party data
Google Calendar and iCloud Calendar connections are optional. Google Calendar use is subject to Google's terms. iCloud Calendar use is subject to Apple's applicable terms and requires an Apple-generated app-specific password rather than your normal Apple Account password. You are responsible for maintaining authority to connect the calendar and schedule information you provide to Dispatch Home.
Aircraft data is obtained from adsb.lol and is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Required attribution appears on applicable maps and on our Third-Party Data & Licenses page. Maps, public aircraft broadcast information, connected-calendar services, and other third-party services may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Dispatch Home is not affiliated with or endorsed by an airline, Apple, Google, an air navigation service, or an aircraft-tracking provider unless expressly stated.
Not for operational decision-making
Dispatch Home is not an official schedule, dispatch, navigation, flight-following, safety, or emergency service. Information may be inaccurate or delayed. Always rely on official airline, crew, aviation, and emergency sources for operational decisions.
Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect users or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Account suspension and deletion
You may delete your account through the Options menu. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Dispatch Home is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dispatch Home and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, use, or goodwill arising from the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
